We try to process orders as soon as possible however please note that orders placed on Friday after 5 PM will begin processing on the following Monday. Orders that are being sent interstate are often sent in larger consignments and are then unpacked and scanned at your local sorting hub. The tracking will remain as processing until it reaches your local city.
The majority of our products have an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days. Products from our Cheyenne warehouse currently have an estimated delivery time of 10 business days, these items have their location listed under the product description.
Occasionally, orders are split into multiple shipments due to the size of the order or availability of inventory. Tracking will be provided for both shipments. You may be eligible to request a replacement for items sold and shipped by Heart Business Solutions, LLC. If the item is ineligible for a replacement, you can request a return where applicable.
A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. Use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. You’ll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement items.
Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. Your products can only be refunded for the same price you paid when originally making your purchase.

As we are now a marketplace, this means that customers may receive products from more than one supplier and as such, receive more than one parcel. Please be assured that we always try to minimize the number of parcels that are shipped for your convenience.
